Hey everyone! These pictures are way overdue but wouldn't cha know my laptop died but lucky for me these were on a flash drive. Wheeew is all I can say! This messy camp was held July 24th and 26th. And I must say I had a blast and I hope all the kids did too!!
The first day we learned about Jackson Pollock, got throwing and splattering paint on canvases as well as make some homemade chalk (tutorial coming soon).
On day two it rained that morning and looked gloomy so we moved messy art inside (messy art inside!!! but we made it work). We weren't able to do some messy twister but we still got pretty messy! We created some pendulum painted t-shirts and some awesome melted crayon artwork.
Sorry about the lack of pictures but 12 kids sure did keep me busy and my hands were a mess which is not so great to get on a camera. I hope to hold another one next summer but for now I am focused on my Wearable Art class coming later this month!! Check info out here!
